Thai Massage Trainings

4 day complete Level 1 Training (Traditional Thai on the floor) 

 

Day 1) Supine Position- (Feet, Legs, Head, Neck & Shoulders)

Day 2) Side Lying Position- (Hips, Back, Arms & Hands)

Day 3) Prone Position- (Backside, Child's & Seated Positions)

Day 4) Double Leg Stretches, Abdominal & Energy Work (Sen Lines and Marma point therapy) - (Supine position)

 

This four day training (6 hours each) will give you the skills to offer a complete and safe two hour Thai massage. We will focus on the meditative aspects of the modality, while emphasizing the use of proper body mechanics, rhythmic rocking, and massage techniques that incorporate the  hands, forearms, elbows, and feet.

 

Each day you will learn a new thirty minute routine focusing on a specific body area, ultimately resulting in a complete two+ hour sequence. 

 

You will receive a detailed guidebook with pictures and descriptions to aid in your ongoing practice. 

 

12-hour Intro to Thai 

 

In this two-day training, you will learn how to deliver a complete  60-minute massage, focusing on:

 

- Meditation and compassionate touch, the foundations of Thai massage practice.

- Safe and effective massage for shoulders, head, back, hands, legs, abdomen, and feet; and

- Assisted stretching techniques.

 

1 day Table Thai training - Table Thai techniques to incorporate into your massage sessions.

 

2 day Table Thai training  - Learn techniques to give a complete, 60 minute table thai session.
